We have had a problem with update v1.5.0 that is affecting a small number of users causing the inability to access their guest lists. We have investigated the problem and have found that it only affects users that have blocked access to their iPad contacts for the app. We have now fixed this problem and a new update is pending approval from Apple.
Whilst we wait for the update to be approved a temporary work around is to allow the app access to your contacts. This can be done by going to the 'Settings' app then navigating to 'Privacy' -> 'Contacts' and set 'Wedding Plans' to on. This allows the app to access your contacts list and enables you to add guests directly from your contacts list.

The guest list can currently be sorted using the button just to the right of the title 'Guest List'. You can toggle this button between sort A to Z ascending, A to Z descending and no sorting.
If it is set to 'No Sort' you can move guest any where in the list by tapping the 'Edit' button at the bottom of the guest list. When in list edit mode you will notice an icon that looks like 3 bars to the right of the item. Simply tap and hold this to drag and drop guests within the list and move them around allowing you to manually sort the list however you like.
The app uses the regional settings that are set on your iPad device to display the correct currency. If you are not seeing you currency symbol correctly please check that your regional settings for your iPad.
You can do this by going to the 'Settings' app then navigate to 'General' -> 'International', then ensure that your 'Language' and 'Region Format' are set correctly.
Once you have corrected these settings you will need completely quit the app and relaunch it to see the updated settings applied.
Because we cater for users all over the world from different backgrounds and who have different requirements, we are not suggesting how you should plan your wedding, we are only trying to make it easier for you to plan your wedding however you need to. For this reason we decided not to include pre-populated lists.
The app itself does not back up data. We advise users to ensure that they have enabled iCloud backup to automatically backup or to perform regular backups through iTunes.
To check if iCloud backup is backing up your wedding data goto the 'Settings' app then go to 'iCloud' -> 'Storage & Backup' -> 'Manage Storage' -> Select your iPad under backups. Then under backup options make sure that you see 'Wedding Plans' in the list and that it is set to on.
You can also force a manual backup to iCloud once you have confirmed the setting by tapping 'Backup Now' in 'iCloud' -> 'Storage & Backup', and we would advise that you do this occasionally.
For an extra level of peace of mind you can also export your data using the 'Send as Email' options on most of the key screens.
Yes you can plan as many different weddings in the app as you like. To add additional weddings go into the Settings screen and select the 'Pro' Tab. From here you can purchase additional wedding plan credits, and switch between wedding plans.
The number of wedding plan credits you have dictates how many weddings you can plan simultaneously. So if you are a wedding planner, once you delete a wedding that has passed from the app, you can re-use that wedding plan credit for another wedding. You can purchase additional plans in increments of 1, 5 or 10.
Unfortunately this isn't currently available in the app, however it is something we hope to add in the future.
If you find that you cannot add your contacts it is likely you have not given the app permission to access your contacts.
To allow access open the 'Settings' app on your iPad then go to the 'Privacy' menu and select 'Contacts'. Here you should see that 'Wedding Plans' needs to be set to on. If this is already set to on and you are seeing the problem still then toggle it off, restart your iPad and the toggle it back to on. This should solve your problem, if not please do contact support so we can assist you further.
